- No refunds, exchanges or reselling of tickets
- Weather cancellation policy: we abide by the City of Indianapolis’ travel advisories for dangerous weather conditions and will issue exchanges or refunds in special circumstances
- Exchanges or refunds may be permitted on a case-by-case basis per the discretion of our theater management
- Seating & General Admission: All seats are first-come, first-serve for our general admission shows. Theaters generally open for seating 20 minutes before scheduled showtime. You cannot reserve seats for members of your party who are not present with you. Refunds will not be permitted if seats are not available together.
- No entrance to the theaters without a ticket.
- No one under the age of 17 will be allowed to purchase tickets to rated R movies. Children 13 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
- Common courtesy: No disruptions– talking, texting, or cellphone use in the theaters. No recording or photography during movies No feet on the seat backs or armrests.
- Shirts & shoes must be worn at all times.
- No public restroom usage without purchase.
- No outside food or beverage in the building. No food except popcorn & candy permitted in theaters, including pizza from Final Cut.
- No pets allowed in the theaters except during pet friendly events.
- No solicitation.
- No loitering.
- No smoking, including the use of electronic cigarettes.
- No alcohol permitted outside the building.
- No weapons of any kinds, or objects that appear to be weapons (including props, squirt guns, etc.) in building.
- No distribution of literature, conducting of surveys, engaging in protest, or solicitation without prior permission from theatre management.
- No threatening of any person, whether patron or theatre staff.
- No other items or behaviors that staff determines as harmful or disruptive.
- The Kan-Kan reserves the right to amend this code of conduct at any time.
Accessibility
- All of our theaters have designated wheelchair seating.
- Assistive listening and closed captioning devices are available.
- Concessions staff are happy to guide you to the designated seating in each of our theaters.
