- No refunds, exchanges or reselling of tickets
- No entrance to the theaters without a ticket
- No one under the age of 17 will be allowed to purchase tickets to rated R movies
- Children 13 and under must be accompanied by an adult
- No talking, texting, or cellphone use in the theaters
- No recording or photography during movies
- No feet on the seat backs or armrests
- Shirts & shoes must be worn
- No outside food or beverage in the building
- No pets allowed in the theatres except during pet friendly events
- No solicitation
- No loitering
- No smoking, including the use of electronic cigarettes
- No alcohol permitted outside the building
- No weapons of any kinds, or objects that appear to be weapons (including props, squirt guns, etc.) in building
- No distribution of literature, conducting of surveys, engaging in protest, or solicitation without prior permission from theatre management
- No threatening of any person, whether patron or theatre staff
- No other items or behaviors that staff determines as harmful or disruptive
- The Kan-Kan reserves the right to amend this code of conduct at any time

- All of our theaters have designated wheelchair seating
