Booking a Theater

We offer private theater rentals for group events, celebrations, and special screenings.

You may select from films currently playing or scheduled to play at the Kan-Kan. It is also possible to request a specific film, and in many cases, we can pursue screening rights through the film's distributor. All screenings are subject to licensing availability and approval.

Please note:

  • Custom film requests require advance planning and are not guaranteed
  • Licensing terms, availability, and timing will impact feasibility and pricing
  • Most bookings are scheduled 2–4 months in advance
  • We suggest preparing 3-4 alternate titles in case your preferred film is unavailable

Filmmakers & Self-Distributed Films

We love to support up and coming and local filmmakers. If you have made a film and are interested in showing it at Kan-Kan, please visit our local filmmakers page for more info and reach out to us! We welcome inquiries from local and independent filmmakers.

Screenings are considered through a proposal and review process based on programming fit, schedule availability, and audience alignment.
