Networking & Community-Building Opportunities
We support local filmmakers by providing opportunities for artists to connect and build a creative community. There's a good chance on any given night there are some cool, creative folks hanging out here!
Some events to look out for:
- Filmmaker Mixers
- Free bimonthly social and networking opportunity for local filmmakers and artists. Typically, we start with a short presentation from a guest, followed by an informal hang with the group.
- Creative Mornings
- Free monthly breakfast mixers with short presentations and activities by local speakers, hosted quarterly at Kan-Kan. See more from Creative Mornings Indianapolis.
- First Friday Short Film Showcases
- Free open-house gallery style presentations of local filmmakers' short films. Hang out, see some great work, and meet other filmmakers!
