Member Wine Tasting
Technicolor & Blue Notes: A Members’ Wine Tasting at the Kan-Kan 🍷 Join us for a night that’s part wine tasting, part film festival, part jazz club. Our regular members-only tasting goes Technicolor, with five pours inspired by the saturated palette of Meet Me in St. Louis: golden bubbly, pink rosé, spring-green white, ruby red, and a deep, inky blue-black finish. Live jazz will set the mood while you sip, "Meet Me in St. Louis" will be showing on the big screen after, and a movie poster clean-out will give you the chance to take home a piece of Hollywood history. Come hungry for good wine, great music, and a little nostalgia. 🩵

This season's wine tasting is coinciding with two experiences here at Kan-Kan on Thursday night. First is our weekly Soundcheck: Music on Film series with free live music in the Bar Lounge from 6-8 p.m., and the 1944 Judy Garland classic, Meet Me in St. Louis (tickets sold separately). In addition, members can pop over next door in our Fraser event space for another Poster Closet Clean-Out! Twice a year, we open up our overflowing poster closet, with posters from films we showed and some we didn't. See more information HERE.
